FINAL END-OF-EXPERIMENT CHECKLIST
Before leaving the facility, make sure you have completed all of the following:
| 🧹 Clean & Reset Work Areas | |
| ☐ | Clean beamline, control area, lab benches, and any other areas your team used. |
| ☐ | Return all tools, instruments, and equipment to their original locations. |
| 🧪 Samples, Chemicals & Waste | |
| ☐ | Take all samples and chemicals with you. |
| ☐ | Arrange for return shipment or disposal with your beamline contact. |
| ☐ | Complete all hazardous waste documentation before departure. |
| 📦 Shipping & Documentation | |
| ☐ | Complete all return shipping forms (including SIF and SDS if required). |
| ☐ | Provide FedEx or UPS account number for return shipments. |
| 🧹 Personal Items & Housekeeping | |
| ☐ | Dispose of any food and trash. |
| ☐ | Remove all personal belongings from the lab. |
