  1. Only fill containers with non-radioactive, chemically compatible waste.
  2. ❗ Never mix incompatible chemicals ❗ (e.g., strong oxidizers with strong reducers) — this can generate heat, toxic gases, or damage containers
Labeling & Documentation

Clearly label each container with:

  1. Full chemical names (no formulas or symbols)
  2. Known hazards
  3. Fill out the provided waste form and attach it to the container or bag
  4. Submit electronic record of your waste container by scanning QR code on the form
  5. Write down submission number on the waste container

💡 Proper labeling, documentation, and containment are critical to protect personnel, the facility, and the environment.
